Instructions on How to Use Our Digital
Backdrops
The most important thing is not to be intimidated by
new technoligy. Be creative! The possibilities are endless. Our
most asked question is: "How do I use these things once I
get them?" The second most asked question is "Are they
hard to use?" The answer to the second question is most definitly
"NO"- they are not hard to use. We will attempt to answer
the first question here in the most user-friendly manner possible
using the three most popular application programs- Adobe Photoshop
, Corel Photo paint and Paintshop Pro.
USING ADOBE PHOTOSHOP:
CLICK ON THE THUMB BELOW EACH
STEP FOR A LARGER IMAGE.
STEP#1:
Take your image against our green or blue screen. Green screen
or blue screen works best because it is made specifically for
this type process. If you do not have blue or green screen, any
solid color such as white will work although not as well
.
STEP#2:
Save the image to your hard drive and open it in Photoshop
.
STEP#3: Open
one of our digital backdrops in the same screen.
STEP#4
Using the selector tool, drag the original image over the backdrop
image and position and or size it to fit. At this point, use the
magic wand mask to mask the green or blue area. Then hit cut to
reveal the backdrop underneath.
STEP#5:
Clean up any rough edges with the eraser tool or rubber stamp
tool.
Step#6: You
may now place this image on any other backdrop on the CD that
you wish,( it is a good idea to do several and let your customer
have a choice).
Step#7:
FINISHED! Print your photo.
